How to Get Involved

We're looking for children aged 5-10 to participate in our engaging research study. Your child's participation will help us better understand how children learn and process information.

What to Expect

Study Format

16 total hours of participation
Electroencephalography (EEG) testing: listening to sounds through headphones while wearing a wet cap with sensors
Cognitive testing including an IQ test, a language assessment, and iPad games
Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) if applicable
Parent interview and questionnaires

Requirements

Ages 5-10
Internet connection
Computer or tablet
Quiet space for session

Compensation

Participants will receive:

$200.00 for time and effort
Travel to Cincinnati Children's hospital and lodging may be reimbursed
Summary of research findings
Certificate of participation
